Meet Our Senior Technical Recruiter: Lisa Griffin

We would like to introduce you to our Senior Technical Recruiter, Lisa Griffin! With over two decades of experience in the field, Lisa is an accomplished recruiter with a background in IT staffing and consulting. She has worked with clients both locally and throughout the United States, managing large accounts and developing new relationships. 

Lisa started her career in the IT industry as an IT Placement Manager/Account Manager/National Recruiter at COMSYS, where she worked for six years. Her experience in this role initially sparked her interest in account management, sales, and project management training. 

For over four years, Lisa worked as a Sales Account Manager and Business Development Executive at PMCentersUSA & ConsultUSA. During her time there, she obtained a Master’s Certificate in Project Management. In this role, her responsibilities included managing and developing relationships with Fortune 500 organizations. She primarily focused on relationship management and revenue generation through delivery of project services, staff augmentation, and PMI/Business Analysis (BA) training services. To achieve this, she not only developed and maintained existing client relationships but also identified new staffing and training opportunities within these accounts. 

Lisa also served as a Senior Lead Recruiter for Celerity, where she managed large Pittsburgh client accounts and gained experience recruiting in the healthcare, financial, and manufacturing industries through extensive networking in conjunction with online sourcing. She was also responsible for project resource coordination. 

In addition to her experience in staffing and consulting, Lisa has also worked as an ERP Communications Analyst-Contract Consultant Through Experis, formally Comsys, where she worked on the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team for the ERP Global Deployment Program. She was responsible for defining a communication plan, designing communication deliverables, and managing and maintaining ERP website content. 

Lisa was later hired as the Leading Staffing Manager at PEAK Technical Staffing US, where she was responsible for growing the IT staffing group and working with clients locally and nationally. 

Lisa’s background also includes the positions of Senior Technical Recruiter at Consulting Professional Resources and Senior Account Manager at Oxford Global Resources. Throughout her professional career, she also spent several years working as an Independent Consultant on a variety of IT staffing and consulting projects. 

When Lisa is not working, she enjoys gardening, spending time with friends, and going to the gym.
